RESERVATION & POLICY PAGE
Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50% is required for all reservations. We accept cash, check, money order, traveler's checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Credit card numbers are not kept on file. Checks/money orders are only acceptable for deposits if the reservation is made at least two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, if you choose to change your deposit from a credit card to cash/check, a credit will be issued to your credit card. Weekends during the summer, leaf season and winter ski weekends require a two night stay.
Cancellation Policy: Our two bedrooms necessitate that we maintain a cancellation policy. Cancellations received 7 or more days in advance are refundable less a $30 processing fee. If less than 7 days, the deposit may be applied towards another visit within 12 months. If the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits for all national holidays, holiday weekends and the Massachusetts winter school vacation are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the room/rooms.

Check in time: 3:00 – 7: 00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Please contact us if you anticipate an early or late arrival/departure.
The White Mountain Chalet is a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Rates subject to NH Meals & Rentals Tax (8.5%).
